PRN Clinical Assistant (BHT)

About the role

Avery's House is a mental health treatment provider for adolescents. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible Clinical Assistant (BHT).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement/enforce house rules.
• Transport clients with company vehicle.
• Supervise clients on outings.
• Group facilitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs.
• Enhanced Clearance with Idaho Health & Welfare (preferred- will be required to obtain).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain).
• Current TB test (will be required to obtain).

Schedule

We are hiring PRN staff for both dayshift and overnight. We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Schedule 12 hour shiftDay shiftOvernight shift Please Note: Overnight positions are awake shifts. Staff are required to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.
