About the Role
Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, that safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using personal or hospital owned vehicle
- CPR certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Completion of additional age specific training within 30 days of employment as required
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
