As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for clients, while also promoting a sense of community and belonging. Must have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients
- Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home
- Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety
- Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience
- Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges
- Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys
- Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Driver's License (Required)
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
