About the role
Join ATI as a PRN Clinic Provider, where you’ll lead a dedicated team supporting employees at client locations through medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care. In this role, you’ll guide day-to-day operations and team performance while providing hands-on clinical care aligned with your training and expertise. Wednesday and Thursday are the highest needs, but the schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, using clinical experience to conduct risk and health assessments, including documentation and follow-up.
- Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, care referrals, return-to-work/stay-at-work management, restriction management, and support for client Leave of Absence (LOA) management.
- Provide preventative and restorative services and education, including job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
- License or Certificate: Licensed/certified LPN or RN
- Experience: 2 years providing occupational health services or related experience
