Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, using clinical experience to conduct risk and health assessments, including documentation and follow-up.
- Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return-to-work, stay-at-work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management.
- Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees, including job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
- License or Certificate: Licensed/certified LPN or RN
- Experience: 2 years providing occupational health services or related experience

$23.75–32.65 per hour
