Job Summary
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA will optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that meets the patient's individual needs and improves their quality of life. Responsibilities include observing, assessing, and documenting progress, as well as communicating effectively with the therapy team, patient, and family.
Requirements
- An active state COTA license is required.
- Some SNF experience is required.
