PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, Montana is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, quality care to long-term care, short-skilled stay residents and outpatients in the skilled nursing setting.
About the Role
Southwest Montana Veteran's Home is a modern, well-equipped facility designed for both short-term rehab, long-term care and outpatient services. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Assist patients with daily activities and improve functional independence
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
