Job Type: PRN (as-needed, fill-in shifts)
About The Role
We are hiring PRN (as needed) Caregivers, CNAs, and Personal Care Providers to cover open shifts, one-time needs, and fill-ins in the Austin area. This role does not have a set or recurring schedule. It is ideal if you want flexibility while making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and ensure client safety
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands or appointments
- Follow care plans and communicate with families and staff
- Complete annual training requirements (12 hours)
Requirements
- 5+ years of caregiving experience in home care or facility
- CNA, PCP, or HHA certification preferred
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass background checks
- Bilingual a plus
