PRN- Care Partner (CNA/HHA)

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living
• Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
• Document, on a daily basis, resident assistance activities
• Be flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program at all times

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Must be certified (CNA or HHA)
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Able to remain stationary 50-100%
• Able to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
