We provide remote clinical services at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. Responsibilities
- Support with Admissions and call handling as needed.
- Care coordination and service provision with patient, family, and treatment team.
- Planning and structuring experiential opportunities for clients.
- Virtual session and check-in meetings with clients and/or families.
- Family support and motivation.
- Modeling appropriate table behaviors for clients with eating disorders.
- One-on-one coaching for families managing loved ones' behaviors.
- Providing in-the-moment feedback through between-session messaging.
- Alerting medical and clinical professionals to intervene during emergencies.
- Maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- Participation in Treatment Team meetings.
- Attendance or leading of groups as appropriate.
- Participation in supervision and department meetings.
- Engagement in initial and ongoing training.
- Case management for members, ensuring effective communication with those involved in the recovery process.
- Documentation of all client interactions appropriately and within designated timeframes.
- Other related duties as assigned based on need and availability.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in behavioral health or related field, or 2 years experience.
- Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Acute observation skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to treat clients with Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating.
- Understanding of various models and theories of eating disorders, trauma, mental illness, and related issues.
- Knowledge of diverse cultures and gender-specific issues, and ability to incorporate these into practice settings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating applications within macOS and iOS.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues via chat, telephone, and video calls.
- Ability to sit for the majority of the shift.

Pay
This is a remote (United States) position with a pay range of 22 - 26 USD per hour.
