Responsibilities

- Facilitates individual and group treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintains ongoing assessment of patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
- Safeguards the physical and emotional safety of patients.
- Ensures compliance with all clinical and ethical standards.
- Participates in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Related bachelor’s or master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CTRS, MT-BC, ATR, or RDT are preferred.
