PRN AEMT/EMT

About the role

The successful candidate will provide emergency medical services in accordance with Caldwell EMS protocols. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support to patients in emergency situations
• Perform rapid response to medical emergencies
• Assist in the transport of critically ill or injured patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Current certification as a PRN Paramedic/AEMT or ability to obtain certification
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with liberal protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a paramedic or AEMT program
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures
