About the role

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants to support our Military missions in the State of ________. Our team provides health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements for deployable military forces.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and out participants
  • Differentiate paperwork
  • Input Denclass soldier information
  • Complete event set up, take down, and maintenance

Requirements

  • Dental office or administrative experience
  • Necessary training for Military events
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with Dental (preferred)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a military setting (preferred)
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Proficiency with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Over 30 years of experience in the industry
  • Experienced team of clinicians and logistics professionals
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality care for partners and their members
  • Set a new standard of care delivery through fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine, and portable deployment models
