PRN-Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants to support our Military missions in the State of ________. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements for various U.S. military branches.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out participants
• Differentiate and handle paperwork
• Input Denclass soldier information
• Complete event set up, take down, and maintenance

Requirements

• Dental office or administrative experience
• Necessary training for Military events
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Dental (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Prior experience in a military setting (preferred)
• Weekend availability required
• Proficiency with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office
