About the role

The Private Wealth Management Relationship Specialist at Regions assists in delivering a broad range of bank products and services to affluent clients, focusing on sales support, client needs fulfillment, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments and makes follow-up calls to assist with sales efforts
  • Maintains and prepares client marketing materials
  • Collaborates with Private Wealth Management and Sales teams to meet client needs and promote business growth
  • Handles complex transactions such as deposits, payments, account transfers, wire transactions, and loan applications
  • Supports client meetings and identifies new business opportunities
  • Maintains the loan pipeline and responds to client inquiries
  • Enters and updates client records in CRM tools and prepares loan documents
  • Identifies and resolves operational issues in client accounts
  • Trains less experienced specialists as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience

Preferences

  • Thorough understanding of banking and investment services
  • Advanced knowledge of investment services support
  • Fundamental knowledge of credit processes
