About the role
The Private Wealth Management Relationship Specialist at Regions assists in delivering a broad range of bank products and services to affluent clients, focusing on sales support, client needs fulfillment, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments and makes follow-up calls to assist with sales efforts
- Maintains and prepares client marketing materials
- Collaborates with Private Wealth Management and Sales teams to meet client needs and promote business growth
- Handles complex transactions such as deposits, payments, account transfers, wire transactions, and loan applications
- Supports client meetings and identifies new business opportunities
- Maintains the loan pipeline and responds to client inquiries
- Enters and updates client records in CRM tools and prepares loan documents
- Identifies and resolves operational issues in client accounts
- Trains less experienced specialists as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
Preferences
- Thorough understanding of banking and investment services
- Advanced knowledge of investment services support
- Fundamental knowledge of credit processes
