The team helps design and implement service plans for privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals, covering areas like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Solve and analyze complex problems for top-quality deliverables
- Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies
- Thrive in environments with complex transactions
- Lead contract maintenance and renewals
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Utilize technology and innovation to enhance client services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of partnership structures and transactions
- Proficiency in US Tax Code sections for partnerships
- Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions
- Marketing and business development efforts
- Creating and leveraging complex spreadsheets
- Writing and presenting to industry audiences
- Managing engagements and balancing project economics
- Leading teams to generate vision and trust
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
