Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Solve and analyze complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables
- Avoid sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations
- Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies
- Lead contract maintenance and renewals
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Utilize technology and innovation to enhance client services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
Skills
- Broad knowledge of partnership structures and transactions
- Proficiency in US Tax Code sections for partnerships
- Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions
- Marketing and business development efforts
- Creating and leveraging complex spreadsheets
