Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and coach teams
• Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
• Solve and analyze complex problems for top-quality deliverables
• Avoid sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations
• Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies
• Lead contract maintenance and renewals
• Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
• Utilize technology and innovation to enhance client services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

• Broad knowledge of partnership structures and transactions
• Proficiency in US Tax Code sections for partnerships
• Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions
• Marketing and business development efforts
