About the role
Premium Ware is a stable, established software company located in Arlington, Texas. We develop specialized analytical software for the insurance industry. We are seeking a licensed CPA to handle our internal corporate accounting needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial data within Sage 50 (by Peachtree).
- Process monthly/bi-weekly employee payroll.
- Handle corporate tax preparation, filing, and related services.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile monthly statements.
Requirements
This is a turnkey opportunity to run or expand your own independent practice out of a professional tech environment with zero overhead. We provide:
- Your own dedicated, private office, and conference area with staffed reception area, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Commercial high-speed internet and a dedicated business phone line.
- Full use of corporate printers, high-speed scanners, and fax machines.
- A professional reception area, fully equipped conference room for client meetings, break room, and restroom facilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a practitioner looking to eliminate overhead, a newly licensed CPA launching an independent practice, or a semi-retired professional wanting to keep a corporate footprint in Arlington and have a place to meet and work with new or existing clients.
