About the role

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept.
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours after accepting an offer.
• Agree with the client on schedule and location (home, local field, park, etc.).
• Run the session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Pay

$35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate. Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson. Payout within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal. 1099‑NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform. Paid per completed session; lesson volume depends on client demand and STXZ does not guarantee a minimum number of lessons.

Schedule

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. Work when you want and pause your availability anytime.
