About the role

STXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. Coaches receive client offers, run sessions on their own schedule, and submit a brief lesson report after each session. The platform handles client acquisition, payment processing, and liability coverage.

How it works

• When a family near Riverside requests lessons, STXZ sends you a client offer with details.
• You review the offer and decide whether to accept; there are no quotas, penalties, or pressure to take every offer.
• If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location (home, local field, park, etc.), and run the session using your professional judgment.
• After the session you submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform.
• STXZ pays you a flat per‑lesson rate; the platform does not dictate drills, pacing, or lesson structure.

Compensation

• $35 – $50 per one‑hour session, flat per‑lesson rate (rates set by STXZ, vary by market and confirmed in writing before your first lesson).
• Payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year‑end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.
• No fee to apply; the $30 / year platform liability coverage fee is $0 down and is recovered from your first lesson payout.

Schedule

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You work when you want and can pause your availability at any time.

Requirements

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.
