Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. It sends you client requests in your area, handles administrative work, and gets out of your way so you can coach. Coaches are engaged as independent contractors; STXZ does not employ, supervise, manage, or control coaches or their training sessions, and you are responsible for your own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept (no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining).
• Upon acceptance, contact the client directly within 24 hours.
• Agree with the client on schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, or your choice).
• Run the session using your own drills, pacing, and structure (professional judgment).
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Set your own travel radius for sessions (from a few miles to 35 or more miles).
