About the role

STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. As an independent coach you receive client offers, run private lessons on your own schedule, and handle the session yourself while STXZ manages client acquisition, billing, and payment processing.

How it works

• When a family requests lessons, STXZ sends you a client offer with details.
• You review the offer and decide whether to accept—no quotas or penalties for declining.
• If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location, and conduct the session using your own drills and structure.
• After the lesson you submit a brief lesson report on the platform.
• STXZ pays you a flat rate per completed session.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients promptly and confirm lesson details.
• Plan and execute lacrosse drills, pacing, and structure based on your professional judgment.
• Provide the lesson at the agreed‑upon location (home, field, park, etc.).
• Submit a quick lesson briefing after each session.
• Maintain reliable transportation and bring your own stick and basic training equipment.

Requirements

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication skills with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Pay

• $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate.
• Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before the first lesson.
• Payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year end if earnings exceed $2,000.
• No guaranteed minimum number of lessons; volume depends on client demand.

Schedule

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You choose when to work, can pause availability at any time, and control your own travel radius.
