Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. STXZ Lacrosse has an opening for independent lacrosse coaches to fill client requests for private lessons in the area. STXZ brings you the clients; you run the sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to accept or decline.
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours after accepting an offer.
• Agree on schedule and location (client’s home, a local field, a park, etc.).
• Run the session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, OR
• Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.

Skills

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

• Full control over your coaching methods, territory, and approach.

Pay

• $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate.
• Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson.
• Paid per completed session; payout within 24–48 hours after lesson briefing via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.
• No guaranteed minimum number of lessons; volume depends on client demand.

Schedule

Most lessons run on weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You choose when to work and can pause your availability at any time.
