Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Independent lacrosse coach providing private lessons to families in the Carnation, Washington area through the STXZ platform. You receive client offers, schedule and run sessions your way, and submit a brief lesson report after each session.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline within the platform.
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Coordinate schedule and location (client’s home, local field, park, or your choice).
• Conduct the lacrosse session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication skills with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Pay

• $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, flat per‑lesson rate set by STXZ (confirmed in writing before your first lesson).
• Payout within 24–48 hours after submitting the lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year end if earnings reach $2,000 or more.
• No application fee or upfront costs.

Schedule

Most lessons occur on weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You choose when to work and can pause your availability at any time.
