Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in Allentown, New Jersey. STXZ Lacrosse has one opening for independent lacrosse coaches in the Allentown area to cover client requests for private lessons we can't currently fill. We bring you the clients; you run the sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept.
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
• Agree with the client on schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, etc.).
• Run the lacrosse session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details.

Skills

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Benefits

• Liability coverage for platform‑booked sessions: $30 per year fee, recovered from your first lesson payout (nothing due to start).
• No fee to apply and no upfront costs to begin receiving client offers.

Pay

$35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate. Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson. Payout occurs within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal. A 1099‑NEC is issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform. You are paid per completed session; lesson volume depends on client demand and STXZ does not guarantee a minimum number of lessons.
