Private Lacrosse Coach
About STXZ
STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach.
How it works
When a family near Germantown requests lessons through STXZ, we send you a client offer with the details. You review it and decide whether to take it—no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining.
When you accept:
- You contact the client directly within 24 hours.
- You and the client agree on schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, your call).
- You run the session your way—drills, pacing, and structure are your professional judgment.
- You submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
- You get paid. STXZ never tells you how to coach, what drills to use, or how to structure your lessons.
Compensation
- $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate. Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson.
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
- 1099‑NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.
- No guaranteed minimum lesson volume; lesson volume depends on client demand in your area.
- Liability coverage program fee: $30 per year, $0 down. The fee is recovered from your first lesson payout.
Schedule
Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. Work when you want and pause your availability anytime.
