Private Lacrosse Coach

About STXZ

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. The platform sends coaches local client offers, handles administrative work, and allows coaches to run sessions independently.

How it works

• A family near Bonney Lake requests lessons through STXZ.
• STXZ sends the coach a client offer with details.
• The coach reviews the offer and decides whether to accept—no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining.
• If accepted, the coach contacts the client within 24 hours, agrees on schedule and location (home, local field, park, etc.), and runs the session using their own drills, pacing, and structure.
• After the session, the coach submits a brief lesson report on the platform.
• STXZ processes payment and handles client billing, refunds, and disputes.

Pay

• Earn $35 – $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate.
• Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before the first lesson.
• Payout occurs within 24–48 hours after the lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year‑end if earnings reach $2,000 or more.
• No guaranteed minimum number of lessons; volume depends on client demand.

Schedule

• Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends.
• Coaches work when they want and can pause availability at any time.
• Coaches control their own schedule, accepting or declining offers without penalty.

Benefits

• Liability coverage through STXZ’s platform program for sessions booked via the platform (annual fee $30, recovered from first lesson payout; $0 due up‑front).
• No application fee and no upfront costs to start receiving client offers.
• STXZ handles client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details.
