Private Lacrosse Coach

About STXZ

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. The platform sends coaches local client offers, handles administrative work, and lets coaches run sessions their way.

How it works

• A family near Milwaukee requests lessons through STXZ.
• STXZ sends the coach a client offer with details.
• The coach reviews the offer and decides whether to accept—no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining.
• If accepted, the coach contacts the client within 24 hours, agrees on schedule and location, and runs the session.
• After the session the coach submits a quick lesson briefing on the platform.
• STXZ processes payment and pays the coach.

Compensation

• $35 – $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate (rates vary by market and are confirmed in writing before the first lesson).
• Payout within 24–48 hours after submitting the lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year‑end if earnings reach $2,000 or more.
• No fee to apply and nothing due up‑front; a $30‑per‑year liability‑coverage fee is recovered from the first lesson payout.
• Lesson volume depends on client demand; no guaranteed minimum number of lessons.

Schedule

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. Coaches work when they want and can pause availability at any time.

What you control

• Your schedule – accept or decline each offer without penalty.
• Your coaching methods – drills, lesson plans, teaching style.
• Your territory – set your own travel radius (a few miles up to 35 + miles).
• Your approach – decide what equipment to bring to each session.
