Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in East Hampton, New York. STXZ Lacrosse has one opening for independent lacrosse coaches in the East Hampton area to fill client requests for private lessons. STXZ brings you clients; you run the sessions.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide to accept or decline (no penalty for declining).
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Agree with the client on schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, etc.).
• Run the session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours after submitting the briefing.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, OR playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• Age 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Pay

Earn $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate. Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson. Payout is made via PayPal within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing. A 1099‑NEC is issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform. Payment is made per completed session; lesson volume depends on client demand in your area and STXZ does not guarantee a minimum number of lessons.

Schedule

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You work when you want and can pause your availability anytime.
