Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We market the platform, bring families to you, send you local client offers that fit your profile, handle administrative work, payment processing, billing, refunds, and disputes, and get out of your way so you can coach. If you have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule, this is for you. There is no fee to apply and nothing to pay up front.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept (no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining).
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours after accepting an offer.
• Agree with the client on schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, etc.).
• Run the session using your own drills, pacing, and structure; STXZ never tells you how to coach, what drills to use, or how to structure your lessons.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Set your own travel radius, from a few miles
