About the role
STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. When a family near Schenectady requests lessons through STXZ, you receive a client offer with details. You review the offer and decide whether to accept it—there are no quotas, no pressure, and no penalty for declining. If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on a schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, or another mutually agreed spot), run the session using your own drills and structure, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform afterward. STXZ handles client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, refunds, disputes, and provides liability coverage for platform‑booked sessions.
Responsibilities
- Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
- Coordinate schedule and location for each session (client’s home, local field, park, etc.).
- Conduct the lacrosse lesson using your own drills, pacing, and instructional approach.
- Submit a brief lesson summary on the STXZ platform after each session.
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with players, parents, and the STXZ team.
