About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in Hicksville, New York. STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches, sends you client requests, and handles administrative work so you can focus on coaching.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to accept.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of receiving an offer.
• Agree on schedule and location (home, local field, park, etc.).
• Run each session using your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson report on the platform after each session.
• Maintain liability coverage through STXZ’s program (fee recovered from first payout).

Requirements

• Coaching experience at the youth, high‑school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high‑school varsity, club, college, or professional level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
• Strong communication skills with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Pay

• $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate (rates vary by market and are confirmed in writing before the first lesson).
• Payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
• 1099‑NEC issued at year‑end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.
• No fee to apply and nothing due up‑front; a $30‑per‑year liability‑coverage fee is recovered from your first lesson payout.

Schedule

• Most lessons run weekday afternoons/evenings and on weekends.
• Work when you want and pause your availability anytime.
• You control your schedule, accepting or declining offers without penalty.

Benefits

• STXZ handles client acquisition, marketing, payment processing, billing, refunds, and dispute resolution.
