Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. In the Grandville, Michigan area, STXZ sends you client requests for private lessons, handles the administrative work, and lets you coach on your own schedule. When a family requests lessons, you receive a client offer with details; you review it and decide whether to accept. If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on a schedule and location (their home, a local field, a park, or your choice), run the session using your own drills and structure, submit a brief lesson report on the platform, and receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
• Collaborate with the client to agree on session schedule and location (home, local field, park, or your choice).
• Conduct the lacrosse session using your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
