Private Lacrosse Coach
About the role
STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. As an independent coach in Farmingdale, NY, you will receive client requests for private lessons, run the sessions on your own schedule, and handle lesson briefings.
How it works
When a family near Farmingdale requests lessons, STXZ sends you a client offer with details. You review and decide whether to accept. If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location, conduct the session using your professional judgment, submit a brief lesson report, and get paid.
Pay
- $35 – $50 per one‑hour session, flat per‑lesson rate (rates set by STXZ, vary by market and confirmed in writing).
- Payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
- 1099‑NEC issued at year end if earnings exceed $2,000.
- No guaranteed minimum lesson volume; payment is per completed session.
Schedule
Most lessons run weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. You work when you want and can pause availability at any time.

- Your schedule – accept or decline offers without penalty.
- Coaching methods – drills, lesson plans, teaching style.
- Territory – set your travel radius (a few miles up to 35 + miles).
