About the role

A key contributor to the successful outcome of member, member sponsored and club events. It is his/her responsibility to ensure detailed planning from the beginning to the execution of each event, to result in a memorable and pleasurable experience for the member and guests of our club.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute member, member sponsored and club events
  • Ensure all details are meticulously organized from start to finish
  • Ensure that each event results in a memorable and pleasurable experience for members and guests

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (event management, hospitality, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management
