About the role

The role of Business Development Coordinator involves expanding the company’s client base through strategic partnerships and networking events. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong professional networks to expand the company’s reach
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
