About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a private client in the Hamptons starting on 08/07. This opportunity involves providing daily nursing visits for infusion-related care in a private home setting, ensuring a seamless and personalized care experience while supporting the client's ongoing treatment plan. While this specific case is structured around daily nursing visits, TrustHouse has ongoing private duty opportunities throughout the Hamptons region, including additional visit-based assignments as well as 12-hour shift cases. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical foundation and comfortable delivering attentive, relationship-based care in an upscale home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in a private residence
• Perform daily nursing visits and infusion-related care as directed
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and family members to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver exceptional patient and family education with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License required
• BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience required
• Experience with infusion therapy strongly preferred
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ED, Oncology, or other acute care settings highly valued
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills
