Private Duty RN Clinical Supervisor

About the Role

AdvisaCare is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to anchor our thriving Kalamazoo/Portage office. While primarily office-based (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM), you’ll remain connected to clinical nursing through routine supervisory visits and occasional field support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case opening assessments
• Develop and manage care plans
• Perform medication set-up and reconciliation
• Provide wound care visits
• Complete supervisory and nurse visits
• Ensure timely paperwork completion that meets Department of Health compliance standards

Requirements

• Current Michigan State Registered Nurse License
• Valid TB test and CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, Michigan Driver’s License, and auto insurance
• Experience with assessments, medication set-up and management (wound care experience a plus)
• Current and reliable cell phone with easy accessibility
• Prior clinical supervision experience with field staff and client supervisory visits
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to travel within a 50-mile radius in Kalamazoo County
• Availability for after-hours calls or weekend support if needed
