Right at Home is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm. This is a part-time role with consistent hours, ideal for nurses who enjoy one-on-one care in a supportive home environment. What You’ll Do Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s homeMonitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptlyAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersCommunicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of careProvide comfort, education, and support to the client and their family What You’ll Need Active RN or LPN license in Washington State (required)Vent and trach experience preferred.
