Private Duty Nurse RN - Part Time/Full Time

About the Role

Provide skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, adhering to care plans and physician instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Document activities and patient responses
• Develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
