About the role
Responsible for delivering patient care under RN supervision, ensuring adherence to nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Assess physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting nursing diagnoses.
- Perform additional LPN duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- One year of LPN experience (preferred).
