About the role
Responsible for delivering patient care under RN supervision, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused patient assessments to identify needs.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and potential nursing diagnoses.
- Assist in managing patient care and perform assigned LPN duties.
- Apply nursing standards, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferably one year of LPN experience.
