Private Duty Nurse (RN) – Concierge In-Home Care | Flexible Schedule | 1099 | Scotts Valley

We are seeking an RN for supplemental staffing at a facility with immediate work opportunities for 12-hour shifts. This is an independent contractor (1099) role offering flexible, PRN scheduling in Scotts Valley (Santa Cruz area) with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Requirements

Because our clients pay privately for premium care, we collaborate with dependable, self-motivated clinicians who uphold the highest professional standards.

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
