About the role

Seeking an LVN for supplemental staffing for a facility with immediate work opportunities for 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient's specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments)
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training

Qualifications

Because our clients pay privately for premium care, we collaborate with dependable, self-motivated clinicians who uphold the highest professional standards.

• Active LVN License in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Active CPR / BLS Certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
