Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality patient care in home settings
- Documenting patient information electronically using tablets

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on clinical experience
- Current CPR certification and TB test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
