About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
Schedule
Flexible shifts available: full-time, part-time, or PRN, including days, nights, and weekends.
