Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients
• Achieving outstanding clinical outcomes through collaborative teamwork
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Supporting patients' health and well-being with skilled nursing care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available)
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
