Responsibilities
- Administer treatments and medications

- Document electronic medical records accurately
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and family members
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within the last year
- Reliable transportation
Prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule
