Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days).Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available if needed).TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
